There’s an exciting new energy at Saratoga Springs. What began as a vision for a different kind of community in Green Cove Springs is now becoming a reality. New homes are opening their doors, amenities are beginning to take shape and our calendar is filled with opportunities to gather, explore, and experience the Agrihood firsthand.

Here’s a look at everything happening now — and what’s still to come.

Sagebrooke 55+ Is Now Blooming

One of the biggest milestones yet has arrived: Sagebrooke 55+ by Ryan Homes is officially open for sales.

Designed for active adults looking for a fresh approach to 55+ living, this neighborhood brings together thoughtfully designed homes, low-maintenance living and all the connection, recreation and fresh-air experiences of Saratoga Springs.

Even better, all nine model homes are now open for in-person tours, giving future residents the opportunity to step inside, explore the floorplans and start imagining what life here could look like.

The Collective Is Taking Shape

There’s more growing at Sagebrooke than new homes. We’re also breaking ground on The Collective at Sagebrooke 55+, the neighborhood’s exclusive amenity center.

Designed as a place to stay active, unwind and connect with neighbors, The Collective will give residents plenty of reasons to step outside their front doors. Plans include a welcoming clubhouse, resort-style pool, farm and vineyard, sports courts and thoughtfully designed social spaces where neighbors can gather, relax and enjoy life together.

Whether it’s a morning spent in the vineyard, an afternoon by the pool or an evening catching up with friends, The Collective will bring the active, connected spirit of the Agrihood right into the heart of Sagebrooke 55+.

Next Up: Silos

Sagebrooke 55+ by Ryan Homes is just the beginning.

The next Saratoga Springs neighborhood to spring to life is Silos, which will introduce new home collections from both Lennar and Ryan Homes, adding even more choices for those ready to put down roots in the Agrihood.

The Tillery at Silos will also break ground later this fall, bringing a new hub for amenities and gathering to the neighborhood. Open to the broader Saratoga Springs community, The Tillery will bring together many of the experiences that make Agrihood living so unique, including a resort-style pool, a working farm, Social Garden, playground, outdoor gathering spaces and a market and café.

Farmstand Saturdays Have Arrived

Saratoga Springs isn’t just a place to live — it’s a place to experience. And those experiences have already begun.

Farmstand Saturdays are happening now through December, inviting you to spend a Saturday morning getting a taste of the Agrihood lifestyle. Our team plans events where guests can sample native muscadine, build a bouquet, pick the perfect pumpkin and more.

And that’s only the beginning. Each Farmstand Saturday will bring something new to experience, with seasonal flavors, local connections and hands-on opportunities inspired by the agricultural roots of Northeast Florida. It’s also a chance to tour Saratoga Springs, explore the model homes and get an early glimpse of the lifestyle taking shape here.
